Dr. Duvall believes student growth is the most important aspect of learning. All students can learn and grow in different ways, and at different rates.  She believes with hard work, dedication, and perseverance all students can grow into educated young adults. Visibility, team work, and continuously encouraging students to push themselves academically, helps  create school cultures where students can grow and reach their full potential.

Dr. Duvall states that the best part of her job is working with and mentoring students.  She constantly models what is best for children, even if it is not popular. Staying positive, maintaining communication with parents, faculty, students, and the community helps parents feel proud to send their students to Kentucky public schools.

Dr. Duvall looks forward to continuing her educational career as the next Assistant Superintendent at the Todd County School District.
