Case Named New CIO/DTC

Todd County School District Superintendent Mark Thomas is pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Matthew Case to be the next Chief Information Officer/District Technology Coordinator (CIO/DTC) for Todd County Schools.

Case has most recently been a part of Todd County School District serving as a Site Based Technician for the past six years. Prior to work for Todd County Schools, Case has long been a part of the Todd County tradition. He is a 2013 Alumni of Todd County Central High School in and then graduated from Hopkinsville Community College in 2015 with an Associates in Applied Science, Computer Information Technologies, and Cisco Networking Specialization. While a student at Todd County Schools, Case was an active member of the Student Technology Leadership Program (STLP) and Student Help Desk.

As CIO/DTC Case will oversee the planning, development, implementation, management and maintenance of all applications, infrastructure, security, networks, technology training, as well as comprehensive support the teaching and learning activities of the staff and students.

“I am very excited that Mr. Matthew Case was selected as our CIO/DTC for Todd County Schools,” Superintendent Thomas stated. “He is familiar with the work requirements and successful practices at Todd County Schools, as he has been both a student and Site Based Technician within our schools. I know Mr. Case will continue to facilitate the meaningful and effective implementation of technology district wide.”
