Dear Parents, Families, and Community Members,
As we venture through this school year, I want to share how proud and grateful I am to serve the students, families, and staff of Todd County Schools.

I grew up here riding the bus, sitting in these classrooms, learning from the dedicated teachers, coaches, and staff who shaped my life. I know firsthand the difference it makes when adults believe in you, encourage you, and challenge you to be your very best. That same care and commitment are alive and well in our schools today, thanks to the incredible team of educators and support staff who serve your children.
In Todd County Schools, we are more than coworkers—we are a team. And like any great team, we share a purpose:

To help every child become the best version of themselves.
To provide a safe, supportive, and high-quality education, every single day.
To help each student grow into confident and capable adults - ready for the opportunities and challenges ahead.

We believe that giving our best—every role, every day—makes it possible for our students to be their best. That means showing up with heart, consistency, and a commitment to excellence. This school year, our focus is simple but powerful:

“Giving Our Best So Students Can Be Their Best.”
Together, as parents, families, educators, and community members, we can ensure that each child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their highest potential.
Thank you for partnering with us in this important work. The year ahead is full of possibility, and I look forward to celebrating the growth, achievements, and successes of our students—together as one team.

With gratitude and commitment,
Jessica Addison
